First time here. Staff is great. Kind and respectful. Wait time was less than I expected I would recommend this clinic to my family and friends
My mother was there for 1hr 30 minutes just waiting for the doctor to read results. She was the first 1 there and she asked the front desk lady and told her to wait. This keep happening and she was never seen. Other patients that came after her where all being passed to see the doctor and not her. It's Stupid how she had to wait all that time for nothing. She left upset because everyone that came in after her was seen. What poor ehitcs that doctor has, or maybe he was being racist to my mother because she ain't white!
Got appointment as a new patient here today. All staff was welcoming and kind. Ismael Lopez PA explained everything on detail. Waiting time is fair taking into account the high volume of patients. I would highly recommend this Cardiology group. Parking lot available and safe 👍🏻
Worst office organization by far. They can't make appointments for testing (can't find the order, forgot to do it) and then when I make the appointment to get the results a month later, they switch my appointment and then don't have the results.
He has been a good doctor, as far as I am concerned.
