Called Gomez Air Conditioning, the guys responded within a few hours, looks at my outside unit, and inside heater. He gave me a verbal price, no quote, no documentation. I agreed to his price, shook his hand. Said he'd come back with the parts, charged me $85 said it will be deducted from the work ... Then never shows up or calls back. Just blows you off and never returns calls after that. I ended up calling another service company that did the repair for 1/2 the cost, the very next day.
