We had an absolutely fantastic and fun 4 day cruise! Meals, entertainment and time in Ensenada were GREAT! The staff is amazing, kind, friendly and definitely service oriented. Also, the Captain and his crew all made themselves available for photo ops and friendly banter. Our travel agent Margaret Gomes delivered on all fronts! She’s no doubt an expert in this field! Maria is simply the best travel advisor ever! I gave her a basic outline of what I was looking for in a vacation, and she set up the perfect trip for me and my family. I was traveling with my elderly (80’s) parents, and she made sure that all of the accommodations and transfers would meet their needs. Further, the local tours that she arranged for us were all kind, respectful and treated us like family. I highly recommend reaching out to Maria for all of your travel needs.
From the get go Ms. Gomes is an excellent advisor and informed us about what was happening with our travel plans and suggested quite a few things that we were not aware of. We did take many photos and videos of our cruise and do not really want to share on this platform. Suffice to say that the cruise went exactly as planned by the Drean Vacation team.
