This is Sharon P., posting as Old 1. I was very pleased with my visit to have a hearing test. Dr. Rebecca Gomer and her staff person, Toni, were very friendly and easy to work with. Dr. Gomer was patient and professional as she guided me through the test. My husband and I were impressed with the professional and knowledgeable manner Dr. Gomer had in explaining the results of the hearing test. She answered all our questions. I am on my third set of hearing aids from Dr Gomer. Fanatstic knowledge and support. The devices really improved qualiry of life.
With Dr. Johns this place was 5 stars, w/o Dr. Johns they are 2 stars. They expect you to know what services you need and schedule the appointments. Dr. Johns always worked with you to schedule your next appointment when you were there at your current appt.
Dr. Rebecca Gomer did a great job. Very professional and great personal help. I highly recommend Gomer from my experience.
