Dr. Taylor Gilbow, Au.D. was fantastic! Went through a series of test that determined my issue! She was very professional and thorough. Answered all my questions and concerns. Very refreshing to see someone as thoughtful and caring as Dr. Taylor Gilbow. I would totally recommend Gomer Hearing Center.
Regarding the Richardson location - Dr Gilbow and her staff were excellent. They were friendly and professional and Dr. Gilbow is extremely knowledgeable and walked me through each step of the testing, answering all my questions and explaining each step and the results in detail. I really appreciated having a full understanding of what to expect with each test and then being shown the results on an iPad so that I could visually understand what each of the numbers indicated.
