My mom is a resident in an assisted living facility, and she lives with limited physical mobility as well. Taking her to urgent care for an ear infection was something that would not only be difficult for us to do and it was something she didn’t want to do. Chris at GoMed is such a huge gift! To have that level of medical care come to her in her room is such a huge blessing to her and our family! We will most definitely be calling GoMed again when she needs care.
I didn’t care for this company as a source of care for my loved one. The doctor didn’t take much notice of anything! He only looked at the medications and that’s all. Which lasted all of about 10 minutes or less. He didn’t do any exam of my loved ones wounds, nor did he interact with my loved one. His attitude was horrible as well! This happened time and time again…Until I discontinued their services.
This is the 2nd incident where I have booked a GoMed appt for the morning and then being told the appt is no longer available. Today 18May2026 I booked a 9am appointment online for my daughter to be seen. I received a text to fill out the intake form, and then received a call from the call center to confirm and pay. After accepting the payment gomed informed me that the appointment slot was no longer available and that my daughter could be seen in the afternoon “sometime around maybe 4,or5”.
