I didn’t care for this company as a source of care for my loved one. The doctor didn’t take much notice of anything! He only looked at the medications and that’s all. Which lasted all of about 10 minutes or less. He didn’t do any exam of my loved ones wounds, nor did he interact with my loved one. His attitude was horrible as well! This happened time and time again…Until I discontinued their services.
This is the 2nd incident where I have booked a GoMed appt for the morning and then being told the appt is no longer available. Today 18May2026 I booked a 9am appointment online for my daughter to be seen. I received a text to fill out the intake form, and then received a call from the call center to confirm and pay. After accepting the payment gomed informed me that the appointment slot was no longer available and that my daughter could be seen in the afternoon “sometime around maybe 4,or5”. We recently moved to the area and thank goodness for a new friend of ours to recommend GoMed! The entire experience was amazing- and I was super impressed by Dawn. I have 3 kids all with flu like symptoms- I called their pediatrician to tell me they couldn’t get in until after Christmas🫤. GoMed showed up, confirmed the flu and sent my prescription to the pharmacy. Easiest and most convenient doctor visit ever! Really felt like a small village visit.
Today was our first time using GoMed (my neighbor recommended it to us). Dawn came out to our house, within an hour of booking, to help treat my husband and I’s cold symptoms. She was quick, thorough & very kind! She was in and out within 20 minutes! We will definitely be using GoMed more moving forward! Super convenient!
