Slumlords! Beware! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SLUMLORDS. You will regret it, I do! They are awful, slimy, scam artists. They will do whatever they can, sometimes illegally, to keep your money. They don't fix anything. Their apartments are crawling with roaches. I rented one of their units and moved out as soon as my lease was up and still had to fight them for my security deposit even though I left the place in perfect condition. I had way too many horror stories to even list. Just don't do it.

Professional, Fair & Efficient I have been a satisfied client of Gombiner & Co. for the last several years. They have represented me on the purchases of two properties in the Los Angeles area and manage these properties as well. unprofessional BEWARE OF GOMBINER AND &CO.! I have been both a landlord and also a renter off and on for the past 20 years. Andrew Gombiner and his associates are by far the most unprofessional organization i have ever dealt with. Not only was the house we rented from them not in proper order when we moved in (was not painted, garage door not working, electricity didn't work in half the house, wobbly unsafe balcony, & the list goes on...), they promised us 3 parking spaces when the reality was we barely had even one.
