Great service and fast delivery
Like pulling teeth trying to get any info on the product, kept trying to steer me away from what I was looking for and ultimately sent me to another vendor because they didn't want to order what I was after.
Very personalized service. When the wrong sink inset was sent a driver was dispatched to pick up the wrong product, deliver an apology and substitute the right one. It's how one recovers from mistakes that defines great customer service IMO.
