Made an appointment with this office almost a week in advance. I had to coordinate all this with my mother's nursing home in advanced, and they just non chalantly call the day before to inform me that they do not take medicaid which is my mother's insurance. I made the appointment through zocdoc and they had this office down as taking medicaid. This office is very unprofessional and looks like that having trouble hanging on to insurance companies which is also a bad sign
No wonder the rating is so low. 2/3 of reception staff ... No cohesion, disrupted communication within a small office.
