One of our patients had this for their ride. They dropped them off at 8:45am for a 9:45am appointment. They came back to picker up at 9:50am for the 1st time and 10:15am for the 2nd time. We told them the appointment was until 11am. When we called for her ride they said she no showed 2 times and would not be returning to pick her up. I tired to talk to someone about it and 2 times they sent me to voicemail and would not address the situation. Shame on them for their mistakes.
