I had a great experience with Dr. Golub at Bethesda Hospital. From the moment I arrived, everything felt well-organized and professional. Dr. Golub took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explain things clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable with the next steps. I never felt rushed, and his attention to detail really stood out. I wish he had an outpatient practice as he only sees people in the hospital.

During a family member being admitted to Bethesda East we were assigned Dr Golub. Unfortunately we have to give a 1 star review to share our experience. This physician is rude, intolerant to questions, horrible bedside manner and not very knowledgeable when trying to articulate findings. I would never allow a family member be covered by this physician if ever we return to either Bethesda location.

Cold, Uncaring, and Unprofessional Dr. Golub showed a shocking lack of compassion and professionalism. He made rushed decisions about my mothers care without understanding her medical history or listening to our family. It felt like his only goal was to discharge her as quickly as possible. I would give him a -5 star rating if allowed.Dr. Golub Performed a needless upper endoscopy on my mother who is suffering From stage four pancreatic cancer. Immediately after the study was performed, my mother exited the OR and severe pain which was never resolved. She declined rapidly a day or two after and died at Boca regional Hospital . Another statistic to add to the hospitals, poor staff and lack of care. I’m still speechless and would not refer this hospital or its surgeons to my worst enemy.

He saw me when I was a patient at Bethesda West recently. His bedside manner is atrocious without any medical knowledge at all. I left the hospital feeling worse than when I arrived. No empathy , or caring. Not a good addition to what used to be a great hospital.
