Went in to get an estimate about a repair and was given this so-called alignment check before my vehicle even left the reception area. No machine, no numbers, just a paper with one tire in red and the word "FAILED". This predatory practice immediately put me on the defensive and I decided not to trust anything this dealership was going to try and sell me. $210 for a 10 min inspection confirmed my opinion. I left without looking back and had my repair done at the other dealership in Troy.

My Brother had repairs needed on his tundra and had it brought in on a tow truck. Long story short, they diagnosed his issues and he initially authorized the repairs and the service manager said they would do them monday (today) but after speaking to me about what it would cost, I told him we could do them at my house instead. He called right back to tell them he had changed his mind and left a message. Turns out they went ahead and did some of the repairs anyway and would not work with him other than charging the ridiculous... read more

Very disappointing experience. The employee was unprofessional, rude, and arrogant throughout the entire visit. My vehicle is still under warranty, yet my issue was not resolved, and I received no meaningful assistance. I expected respectful treatment and professional service from an authorized dealership, but instead I left feeling ignored and frustrated. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience. Customer service and professionalism need significant improvement.

We’ve tried to give theme a time but they would not pick up. They gave us bad service and we took a car and they didn’t check the leak.
