Very good service Price compare
Customer Service is terrible for upstairs showroom. Went in the morning, waited half an hour and not been served. Then went again in the afternoon, waited 5/10 minutes and no one came, i went down and asked someone to come upstairs and they said ok, 4 guys were standing and chatting. Waited another 5/10 minutes and no one came. Finally decided to leave and when i was going out i could see all 4 sales persons standing idle and laughing about. Went in to buy a toilet for our downstairs loo. Dealt with Irfan as I have done previously, cant do enough for you. Really nice bloke.Top service and price, avoid B&Q visit here.
Absolute joke of a business, never return messages. Asked for prices on multiple things, but fail to get back to you. Hod only knows how this business keeps going. Shocking!!
