I LOVE LOVE LOVE THE GOLISANO CHILDRENS THEY DO SUCH A DEDICATED GOOD JOB
We appreciate how caring and kind the staff and providers are here. We also always have great medical care very thorough and never have to wait long even when busy. I wish the provider would do private practice he is amazing. We always feel safe and trust their medical advice.
The attention from the medical staff was good, but please remember that THEY ARE NOT AN URGENT CARE AS THEIR NAME INDICATES. The bill will be sent to your health insurance like a HOSPITAL. You will be surprised by the co-payment you will have to pay with your insurance.
We’re traveling from western NY and our 9 month-old needed two urgent care visits during our week-long stay. This location was our second urgent care visit and the team went above and beyond! From the check in through to the doctor’s evaluation it was a smooth process and one with extra care. I’d ask Dr. Solano to be our pediatrician if it were possible.
