I’m a cycling girl but Golighty Fit is my favorite gym! I always feel welcome. Luis and Gerald are great about keeping an eye on your form and correcting or giving tips so you get the most out of your workouts and avoid injuries. They always have a modification if I need one and encourage you throughout the workout. There are often events hosted at the gym and outside the gym so you can socialize outside of classes and get to know new people. I always look forward to my workouts here!💪
A place that helps you be a better person physically and mentally. The workouts are always different and challenging.
