Shoutout to Luis!! He’s a great instructor who pays attention to everyone’s form and always has a positive attitude. He’s not one of those instructors always looking down at their phone. Workouts are well-thought out and the music is 🔥 I always leave this gym feeling strong. Highly recommend!!

This gym has a good balance of challenge and support. The workouts can be tough, but everything is explained clearly. It feels welcoming even if you’re not super fit to begin with. I’ve noticed real progress.
