I had the privilege to receive a personal training session from the owner of Golightly Fit. It was a great experience! He really took the time to understand my fitness level and was very encouraging. The workout was challenging but still manageable, and I appreciated how he explained each exercise. I would definitely recommend Golightly Fit to anyone looking for personalized and effective workouts!
