Amazing customer service. Ordered from them twice now and have had tons of questions answered over phone and email as well as a last-minute address change that they were able to quickly update and still get shipped out in a timely manner.
Absolutely unbelievably bad experience. I ordered rock sliders (according to website they were in stock) exactly 1 month before a planned trip. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything I reached out and was told they would ship the following week. Fast forward to Friday the following week, still hadn’t heard anything.
