I was apprehensive ordering the rear bumper for my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee because of some of the other reviews that had been posted. I'm glad I did though. The bumper is heavy duty and seems to be well built. Coming across the country as a freight shipment it took a couple weeks to show up but to me this is expected. I feel I received my order in a timely manner and am very happy with what I was able to get for my money.
Pretty much like everyone else said. Unprofessional, delayed shipping, orders shown in stock were really not. Better remind him after your lead time. He has forgot all about you and took your money to the bank. I'm rosy for our mistake, please ship swing out back ( just arm, no latch, brackets etc)we're gonna fix it ,I'll send you shipping label. On June 16th, I placed an order for a bumper. Their website stated they had 3 in stock. When checking out, I was asked if this was being delivered to a house, and I checked yes. Fast forward on the 25th I get an email from Greg asking to provide a commercial address with a loading dock. I replied back saying I did not have a commercial address and that I would have to pick up at a local freight. 3 days later on the 28th Greg asked about a local freight and I said it was not that closed to me but it would work.
