I was apprehensive ordering the rear bumper for my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee because of some of the other reviews that had been posted. I'm glad I did though. The bumper is heavy duty and seems to be well built. Coming across the country as a freight shipment it took a couple weeks to show up but to me this is expected. I feel I received my order in a timely manner and am very happy with what I was able to get for my money.
Pretty much like everyone else said. Unprofessional, delayed shipping, orders shown in stock were really not. Better remind him after your lead time. He has forgot all about you and took your money to the bank. I'm rosy for our mistake, please ship swing out back ( just arm, no latch, brackets etc)we're gonna fix it ,I'll send you shipping label.
