This company is horrible. Do not use them! Presents themselves as a professional company but actually works out of someone’s home. After less than two weeks there were problems with my screen porch that are covered under warranty. The alleged owner David came and looked at the issues said it was simple fixes and that he would have someone here the following Monday to fix the problems. We recently had a deck built by Goliath Exteriors. We had no less than 8 contractors come to bid on this project. After sitting down and talking to David, I knew he was going to build our deck. He was cool, calm and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to answer all questions and provided lots of information related to deck building. Kelly and her team at Goliath were a pleasure to work with. The quality of their work, attention to details, and customer service was outstanding!! I highly recommend them.
Overall very impressed with Goliath. Our large deck project was handled very well. The project coordinator , Kelly, was very responsive and followed up with each and every issue. Would not hesitate to use them again.
