Every appointment was at least an hour late. Appointment after getting cpap unit Dr could not get sleep information from web,sim card, or unit. Wasted 5 hours in office with nothing accomplished. Called to reschedule appointment and requested to either email or speak to the doctor to ask a question. Response was " I don't see that your insurance covers phone calls. You need to confirm coverage so we can charge for a call and we will set it up" This doctor cares more about payment than patient.
You may have to wait a bit to be seen at your appointment but he's absolutely wonderful when it's your turn! He is extremely honest, down to Earth, great bedside manner and knowledgeable. Zero complaints other than afternoon appointments taking longer than expected. Guess if you plan for it to be longer than expected there's no issues!! 🤣
I went to see Dr. Goli last week. I was not impressed at all!!! I will not go back. I waited right at 3 hours. They did not have my records, the ladies at the desk said they had them but now they could not find them..?? They were stressed out. When the Doctor finally decided to come in he was rude. I was referred to Dr Goli and after the first visit he was aware of the issues that I was having in my neck. He ignored my pain. He dismissed it every single time I saw him. He continued to say that he needed to have special lab results in order to refer me to anyone else. I do believe that I was labeled a drug seeker after I was told I was going to be given a prescription for a muscle relaxer and it was never sent in. Absolutely wonderful staff and doctor. He's very thorough and explains everything. The wait can be long, but worth it in my opinion. He's probably explaining treatments, options, diagnosis, etc. with patients. I wish more doctors were like him.
