Starting off, this place is just absolutely horrible. The management is terrible, listen when me and multiple other people say this. They are EXTREMELY hard to get ahold of and when u do get ahold of them, they don’t do anything. We didn’t get mail keys for 3 months upon moving in, they never picked up our checklist (which is still here), we had to hound them for months. These apartments are under terrible management. We were promised a free AC unit once we moved in, we have been here 10 months and have still not received it. It took 3 months of us asking daily before we finally received our mail key. It is nearly impossible to get a hold of management. They have cameras around the property and non of them work. Played phone tag for over a week being told *ill call you back in 30 mins* to never getting a call back. My husband played phone tag and we FINALLY had a tour scheduled for today. We told them a family member would be going on the tour for us and NO ONE showed up. Highly unprofessional. Will be seeking an apartment elsewhere. Absolutely appalling.
The apartments are nice and spacious, but the management is terrible. I’ve been living here for a month, and I still don’t have the keys to my mailbox or my storage unit. Communication with them is extremely disappointing; you call the office and they don’t answer, and when you finally do manage to get through, they don’t give you a real answer—they just say they don’t have anyone available to make the keys. It’s unbelievable! There is a severe lack of organization, which is truly regrettable.
