My son lived there for 1 year. The apartment wasn't even cleaned before he moved in. The railing on the deck was very loose with the bolt on one side pulling out of the wall. The dishwasher didn't work, the garbage disposal had rusted through and water came pouring out from under the sink. There was mold and mildew growing between the double sliding door. Beware - I lived at Golfside for 25 years plus and have moved out because of the current Management. I was charged cleaning fees (carpet) on a really old carpet. The garbage area is very unhealthy to enter and there are parties on weekends. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The homeless population like to hang around the parking lot.
