Update to my last post Owner called to personally resolve our issue.
Horrible experience The salesperson (Ray) doesn’t know enough about golf carts to sell them. Use a different salesperson if you should decide to buy a cart there. My husband and I were given a full refund, because what we were promised by Ray could not be accomplished. It was a total waste of our time and because we feel we were basically lied to by Ray, we have no confidence to buy a different cart from this business. The owner suggested we use our refund to purchase a different higher priced cart. Sort of feels like a bait... read more
