Golf Zoo and my specialist Lori helped us not only to choose the best trip but also they were very helpful when the group faced a situation and changes were needed, rapid response and problem solving skills that were more than appreciated

This was are 4th year booking with Golf Zoo. We enjoy the trip ever year and the service Golf Zoo provides.
Golf Zoo was great at selling me a substantial gift certificate. Their service beyond that was horrible. It took two different advisors and several MONTHS to get an actual trip planned when the recipient of the gift certificate contacted them to plan their trip. First advisor was asked to quote on two different trip locations, but only quoted on one and was very slow to respond to all communication.
