I’m very disappointed with the level of customer service. For the past two weeks, I’ve been trying to get in touch with Todd Krauss and Lori Greene, leaving multiple voicemail messages and sending several emails, but I have not received a single response or callback. Unfortunately, due to the lack of communication, I had no choice but to book my golf trip through a different agency. I expected much better service and responsiveness.
We have been using golf zoo for 4 to 5 years on the booking of our golf trip to Florida and have never had any issues when it comes to going to the course and all the courses have our info and the tee times that we requested. Looking forward to 2027!!
Stephan from GolfZoo was fantastic to work with. He spent a few months helping me plan our Pebble Beach trip and made the entire process easy. His recommendations on which courses to play and where to eat were spot on. Communication was excellent—he was always professional and quick to respond to emails and texts. I highly recommend Stephan and GolfZoo if you’re planning a golf trip.
Great Customer Service! We had some last minute changes come up and Nikki D took care of it. Nikki is the best! I will use them again.
Skip was my event guide, and I could not have been more fortunate to have him help set up our outing! Skip handled everything.... I mean everything. Planning an out of country golf outing for 12 guys is no simple task and Skip handled it as only a seasoned PRO would do .... flawlessly!
