Just learned that Golf Zoo completely screwed up on our trip to St George next week. 20 guys flying in from all over the country. Thousands of dollars committed. Catering commitments. Non-refundable lodging. This group is on year 21 of annual events and it’s a well coordinated five day event but we are dependent on the golf bookings that we’ve all paid for actually being booked. I’m very disappointed with the level of customer service. For the past two weeks, I’ve been trying to get in touch with Todd Krauss and Lori Greene, leaving multiple voicemail messages and sending several emails, but I have not received a single response or callback. Unfortunately, due to the lack of communication, I had no choice but to book my golf trip through a different agency. I expected much better service and responsiveness.

We have been using golf zoo for 4 to 5 years on the booking of our golf trip to Florida and have never had any issues when it comes to going to the course and all the courses have our info and the tee times that we requested. Looking forward to 2027!!

Stephan from GolfZoo was fantastic to work with. He spent a few months helping me plan our Pebble Beach trip and made the entire process easy. His recommendations on which courses to play and where to eat were spot on. Communication was excellent—he was always professional and quick to respond to emails and texts. I highly recommend Stephan and GolfZoo if you’re planning a golf trip.
