The most disappointing experience I’ve ever had purchasing a golf club. I ordered a XXIO iron online and wanted to adjust it to a wedge instead because I thought it would take 2-3 weeks for the club to build and ship, according to the email they sent me. I reached out to them the second day right after I placed my order, both via email and phone. I got fitted today for a new driver and the experience was amazing. Good customer service. Staff is friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable. Shopping there for my golf needs from now on.

Edit - 4 Feb 2025: Customer service took care of the issue and handled this very well. It's sad to see a manufacturer like Mizuno cause so many issues. Edit - 3 Feb 2025: The iron head was scratched at Mizuno, I was given the option of returning it again, and potentially waiting another month or have it as is with a very very minor discount. At this stage I just want the club so I take the club. It arrived today......with a 4 iron shaft in it. So the club was hard stepped when I didn't spec that, and also...cut to the wrong ... read more
