My family and I have gone to Golf USA for years and been treated great every time I go there, very helpful and insightful, but above all else, they are honest and fair with pricing and what I should/should not spend money on. I will never go anywhere else for clubs, repairs, or any golf equipment needs.
When I broke my favorite club, I turned to social media for recommendations on where to have my club repaired. I had two persons I know recommend Golf USA. I’m thankful for those comments as my experience was a very positive one-excellent customer service & very reasonably priced. Initial purchase was great very helpful. Apparently they dont care about keeping customers as I received horrible service asking for assistance later with the clubs. I was hoping a local store might treat their customers better.
Jason Gomez and his staff at USA Golf are awesome. Through the process of re-tooling my old trusty set of golf clubs, Jason has been patient and extremely helpful. Then have been so accommodating with allowing me to demo clubs that has made all the difference. Recently I had a accident with my new set or irons and again, Jason provided me with a solution that got me back on the course. Thanks Jason and your Team!
I've had shafts replaced, grips installed and purchased equipment. The staff is always helpful and take the time to understand what you need. Golf USA Omaha is the best place to go in the area.
