I had called in regards to some questions about their pricing on certain vaccines and other services. The women who had assisted me on the questions had almost no clue what she was talking about and asked me if I knew what they were multiple times. I use Golf Rose for my routine visits and have also used them for emergency services for both of my dogs. I will be switching vets because I can tell that Golf Rose was bought out by some corporate company and the quality of service has really declined. I think sharing vets for routine items and emergencies is tough because it's much harder to get quick items or questions when I need them. I have very limited experience with Golf Rose Animal Hospital. I’ve brought my cat there twice, both times for emergencies. The first was a couple of years ago when we suspected he had eaten some string. It was on the pricey side, and ultimately we weren’t able to pursue some of the further exploratory diagnostics because they were beyond our budget. Thankfully, that situation resolved on its own. Amazing friendly and caring staff, clean facility - so glad I was referred here.They figured out what my gut was telling me - after being misdiagnosed by another vet :-( . Still waiting on test results, but hopeful of the journey we will be taking with Golf Rose.

Overall, excellent service and veterinarians, especially Dr. Landoch. However, be careful which vet you ask to trim your cat's nails! One did it for free for my 2 year old cat and the other charged me $36.00 for my 1.5 year old cat!! That's more than Golf Rose Grooming charges for both cats!!
