I believe my dog always gets the best care at Golf Rose. The entire staff is compassionate and professional. The updated facility is nicer than some physician offices I’ve been to for my own care. I definitely recommend this vet. My doggo just told me she agrees.
Golf rose has been our vet clinic for a few years now thru the good times (the recent adoption of our new pup) and the bad (the illness and passing of our beloved yorkie). The staff is kind, caring and attentive as is each and every vet there. Highly recommend
Last month I thought I was going to lose my 4 year old cat. We had a check up for an ear infection at Harper Animal Hospital (10/10, we love Dr. Savit and her team!) and we noticed Betty was yellow... after running blood work we leaned Betty's liver wasnt doing what it needed to do and we were advised to have Betty hospitalized. We had taken our dogs here a few times in emergency situations years ago and never had a great experience, but the past few years we have had a different experience. My parents dog was on the verge of dying and one of the vets said we may need to put her down, but luckily there was a shift change and we met Dr. Jason who saved our girls life, she is now thriving! I’ve had multiple negative interactions with Cindy and unfortunately, this has made my experience with Golf Rose Animal Hospital extremely disappointing. On two occasions, I’ve been unable to speak directly with my vet when I had urgent questions about the health of my very ill cat. Another instance happened just yesterday. I was told the doctor would return my call today and he did not. When I called into the clinic myself, I got lip service with a scowl.
