I purchased a used electric golf cart from Shane and Ben in early August - friendly, low pressure, easy transaction, fast delivery to my cabin in Maine. As with any used vehicle, you run the risk of unforeseen issues, and we had a few bumps along the way, but Ben did everything he could to make it right. Ben and his team at Golf Rides are outstanding! We initially worked with the sales department and Ben himself on a trade-in and ended up with an awesome golf cart at a great price. When we later ran into an issue, Ben was on-site the very next day to explain what was going on and help us out immediately. The customer service is personal and outstanding. We couldn’t be happier with our experience!
