Most of the time your restrooms are dirty. The mall needs repairs done to it if you want customers to visit. Let's talk about your parking lot....your plowing company it's terrible. I understand that it snowed heavy but seriously they could of done a better job. You have stores that open late, close early, or don't open at all. I think is time for new management maybe some people who care.
