I bought a 2016 Volkswagen Passat with 87,000 miles through Jeremy in June of 2023 at this location and loved the car. I have brought my car in for service three times and told them I had a squeaking issue going on for awhile. They couldnt find anything. On the second time when I drove into service they heard it immediately and said that it was coming from the back, but when I picked it up and drove it for 3 days it immediately came back. Went in for transmission issues. Was quoted for a new transmission to the cost of $7500. Spoke with ****** the service writer over the phone and was told that the only way they could make the bill cheaper was to see if they could install a used or rebuilt transmission but they wouldnt guarantee the work. She said with the new transmission, it would have a 3 year/unlimited mile warranty. Being that I plan on driving this car for at least a dozen more years, I opted for the NEW transmission.
