Golf Lake Condos Best of the best. Golf Lake is safe, private, and protected. All masonry fortress with underground private oversized garages. Large condos with high ceilings. Great place for relatives to live. I can say this because I have some that live here. Also has amazing pets including a cat that can walk on walls.
Strict HOA , 1 pool, constant construction. The leasing tenants are supporting the HOA . While living here and the storm drain would bubble up with fecal material during season of heavy rains. No place for dogs to go to the bathroom, ie: no dog park. The paved road coming in and out was worn and pot holes. HOA has gone through at lease 3 maintenance personnel. As far as traffic One way in and one way out of busy Starkey road. Starkey road needs to be widened.
