Why won't anyone stop Jimmie Wiseman from exposing himself?!
HOA is geriatric and loses money left and right. We recently lost 100K on our solar panel project. We also had a record 300 ADA VIOLATIONS! Let me repeat, 300 ADA violations. When 3 people fell down around our spa (because the new floors are slippery and unsafe), they were told to wear shoes. A black resident was walking down his street with an umbrella and some old racist called the police on him and said he had a shotgun. Seriously, this place is extremely bizarre and mismanaged.
