I went to the store being a total n00b and received excellent service. I got fitted for a set of clubs and the sales guy listened to my budget and even gave me a couple pointers on improving my swing. They have all the latest technology when it comes to swing analysis so I feel pretty good about my club choice. My wife decided to check Zappos on a pair of shoes I was getting ready to buy and she discretely showed me the price. Went in there to find a driver or a 3 wood, still dressed in dirty work clothes with work boots on. They showed me a few clubs, asked if I wanted to try them out, I did. They brought in a few other clubs to try out and compare with, they gave me some stance and swing suggestions, tagged the head to see where I was connecting with the ball, and let me go at it for what seemed like an hour.
