Edit: Beyond having to switch it up I'm pretty sure their granular fertilizer is the cause of the weeds they spray for twice a year. Obviously, I can't prove this but I'm positive that weeds that showed up in my lawn after I started using lawn service weren't there before my fertilizer applications. Lawn care is a scam. It may work for a while but to stay with the same company for too long will have your yard looking terrible. Have to switch it up. Alternate companies. Because they all use different products. Fact is when they go wrong they will always try to blame the customer.
I'd give zero stars if possible. For the past two years I have called to cancel their service and they keep showing up and leaving a bill on my door. Obviously I won't pay it and I am about to file charges against this shady company. Guess what, year three and they showed up today and left a bill. I called and left them a nasty voicemail because I am pissed off at this point. This is borderline harassment and they are trespassing since I have cancelled them twice in the past.
