no customer service to speak of. I went there to buy a new Callaway Epic Flash driver. I was there at least and hour and was totally ignored the whole time.
RecommendedI had a 5 star experience at Golf Galaxy. Where to start....when I walked in 3 different employees asked if I needed help. After I had a chance to walk around and get the lay of the land, a new employee (Joe) was near by and offered to help me select some new clubs. I spent two hours hitting clubs in the bays, and finding exactly what I wanted. Staff helpful with questions, very knowledgeable
We went into the store on Tuesday evening and walk around for about 30 mins without anyone saying hello or if you need help. Was looking to get fitted for Ping irons, however, no one was willing to help me. I guess I will go to a pro shop or another golf store. Customer service is lacking in this store based on the many reviews online.
I went in today to look 4 a new driver. I walked around and asked a guy for help, he said wait a minute .never came back, just bad service. Sad when u want to buy and no one will help.
I went in to buy some new irons or at the very least, a few new wedges for this golf season. Circled the store for 45 minutes, and even picked up a few irons and hit balls in a vacant, dark range room for 15 minutes. Not one employee approached me trying to help out. I had a few questions regarding brands and degrees, but looking around, could not find an employee to ask. Customer service at the Easton store is about the worst I have ever encountered. Plenty of associates walking around but never offer to help. And when you do get someone's attention, they can't help you or act like you are bothering them.
