Terrible customer service. Was interested in buying one of the $400 drivers - the guy wandering around (he had nothing on him that indicated he was a store employee) walked up to me and said that using the demo hitting area "might involve an additional charge." Of course this is nonsense and the guy was messing with me for reasons I can't imagine. I went to the front of the store and asked for the store manager. I went into Golfsmith/Don Sherwood Golf & Tennis looking for a new tennis racquet for me and my daughter. We were browsing the racquet section while a store worker was stringing a racquet right in the same section. We did not get asked to be helped until about 10 minutes later. And we were not really asked. When the man asked "are you doing ok" when my daughter started her reply, he began talking to a co-worker.
