I originally chose this business because they were responsive to my inquiry for a 3 month rental back in November of 2023. I had an email confirmation of my rental and was told someone would reach out for the info. One VM was left…to which I returned the call multiple times over the next 45 days and sent multiple emails with NO response. I was finally told by the receptionist that they had no carts available.
