We have a ‘24 Denago which admittedly had some issues. Golf & Electric Vehicles, along with Denago itself stood behind it and with EXCELLENT service we have and will continue to have one of the best carts on the market. I get why Jared Goff bought his O-Line each a Denago for Xmas!!! Wouldn’t trade for anything else…especially G&EV’s service!
Women on phone didn’t know anything she was talking about. Hung up on me to call me one minute later and could barely even have a normal conversation. Terrible service.
Keith was insightful without being pushy and helped us get what we wanted in a pinch. Very happy with our customer service and selection!
I originally chose this business because they were responsive to my inquiry for a 3 month rental back in November of 2023. I had an email confirmation of my rental and was told someone would reach out for the info. One VM was left…to which I returned the call multiple times over the next 45 days and sent multiple emails with NO response. I was finally told by the receptionist that they had no carts available. I understand things happen, why they choose not to be forthcoming with no inventory was disappointing and frustrating... read more
