The front desk girls are rude! Specially the girl that knows spanish but acts like she doesn't know.
I was here about a month ago. I had a closed MRI because the open was not available. I was nervous and they were very accommodating. Everyone was EXTREMELY caring and organized from my initial phone call until the MRI was complete. I highly recommend this facility/staff regardless of what other reviews say. If you treat others with respect you will be treated with respect.
Went for scan of the Heart..... Dr. Sharma..... very professional and friendly very thorough. Made me aware of my condition and advised of precautions to be taken. The technication who was doing the scan.... very professional and friendly too. I would certainly recommend this facility.
They refused to submit my claim to insurance and offered me various out of pocket prices for the test with illogical explanations. Very rude service focused on confusing the patient. Maria and her supervisor tag-teamed me with a story of lies. Once one person ran out of ideas, the other stepped up hopeful to gaslight me into submission.
