I owned an older Yamaha golf cart that was losing power. I brought it to RM Golf carts for service. They installed a new fuel pump. That did not correct the problem, so I brought it back to them for a second look. They told me the motor needed to be rebuilt and the cost would be over $2000. They suggested I take it to a small engine shop, since they don’t do that kind of work. Just wanna say that I had great customer service and my custom cart came out great . wanna say thank u for all your help.
Bought a cart from them 7 years ago. They fixed up a couple minor issues a few years ago free of charge (they didn't have too). Just had them put new batteries in (installation is free). The guys also gave it some basic many, adjusted the parking brake etc. Quick turnaround some excellent service. I recommend you at least give them a chance if you want to buy a cart or need service.
Best place for custom carts in the metro area. Great customer service all-around.
