We recently purchased a used 6-passenger ICON golf cart. After returning home with it we realized that there was an issue with the maximum speed. We called our salesman, Randy and he was great to work with. A few days later the golf cart was picked up, the issue was fixed, and delivered back to us the same day. The communication was superb, and the customer service exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Giant Specialty Vehicles and will be back when it's time for an upgrade. Thank you, Randy!
