Racist owner tried to refuse me getting my newly purchased GC after he mislead me into thinking he would inspect it ASAP. Then I decided 3 days for an inspection was too long and I called to retrieve it he evaded my calls and texts until I called the police. Then suddenly he's available to give it back, but then he magically 'feared it was stolen'.
RecommendedI brought my Evolution Traveler 4 golf cart to Golf Cart Specialist this past Monday because it had not been going in forward or reverse gear..when it did run, it would start out slow then suddenly take off at a high rate of speed. After speaking to the company I purchased it from and one other cart repair place ( both said speed sensor & controller ..which are High Dollar Items ) I decided to go to Golf Cart Specialist. unprofessional. They quote you a price then change it. Also charged almost 50 bucks for 14" of wire and left a part dangling off a harness. Shady

Mr. Hamm was quoted a price for replacing a part. There was a secondary issue with the performance of his cart. Some issues are unable to be determined until the repairs are made to further assess any other issues that need to be addressed at that time. This created an increase in the price of the repair which was explained when we called to let him know his cart was PROPERLY repaired. The repair was finished within a 24 hour time and the cart was not even purchased from us.
Absolutely amazing golf carts !! They're in such great condition and a super affordable price. The workers are always so kind and professional. I wouldn't want service from anyone else
After looking for a few years, Santa bought our golf cart from this sweet family and we are enjoying it very much! Yesterday it was picked up to have seatbelts added to the front and back and it was delivered back home within 2 hours! The seatbelts are retractable and look sensational! I highly recommend Golf Cart Specialists on Second Avenue for all of your golf cart needs!!!
Love it my husband SCOTT is head mechanic for GCS.... He love's his job and what he does and I think he is pretty darn good at it. If anybody has golf cart problems or wants a golf cart, go see him or his boss Steve so they can get you what you need or what you want.
