So disappointed. I rented from Golf Cart Outfitters last year now this company has taken over. The lady that answered the phone was rude. "we only rent to corporations or someone that has a 2 million dollar insurance on their home. If i had a $2 million policy why would i rent. I would have one of my own.
Rented from them many times. Very reliable and very friendly.
Bought a set of batteries for my cart. In addition a body, a top, wind shield, brackets, battery cables, and a battery meter. A month after the rebuild I had battery issues. I took the batteries back and was told the battery was ok, must be a bad connection. Next time I used the cart same issue. I loaded up the cart and took the whole cart in to be checked. Love our custom made Clemson golf cart! It was a fabulous surprise wedding anniversary gift for my husband! We use it all the time. We added an extended top for those back seat riders, lights, blinkers, rear mirror, horn and much needed drop down panels so we can ride all year round. Shannon and Todd are wonderful!
