While attempting to find a company the services Star Golf Carts, I contacted Golf Cart Enterprise, the service tech told me that he wasn't familiar with the problem I was having. He then checked and identified a local company and provided the telephone number. I am very impressed with the fact that; 1). He was honest and 2). He went beyond to help me, even though he was not getting work from me. This is what I call great customer service. And before I retired, I taught customer service for a very large computer company.
