The service department is the absolute worst! They don’t return your calls & don’t show up during the window of time they give you. They came to my home to repair a broken part on my battery & when the guy left there was rust all over my driveway. They did not take responsibility for it but did send someone out after calling them several times to try to clean it. He did the best he could with the tools he had but it didn’t all come out.
