I just purchased a cart in May of this year. It developed a minor mechanical issue that I was afraid might be major. I contacted Cole Henry and took my cart in. They identified the problem (minor), fixed it, and did all in the same day. Since the cart is brand new they didn't charge me for the maintenance. I couldn't be happier with Golf Carts of Iowa and their service.
