I had nothing but a super, excellent, positive experience with everyone I dealt with at Golf Cars of Houston in Kingwood, TX. I bought a 99 Club Car from an elderly lady not running. She said she thought the batteries just needed to be charged up. When I got home, I hooked up the charger and nothing, so I called Tony (operations manager) on Saturday, Dec 18th.
