Took my cart in for a battery warranty issue. Long story short, it sat for 2 weeks and I called on several occasions to check the status, with each time I was told that they would have to check with the manufacturer- no call back. After 2 weeks, the problem remained unresolved. Then, they attempted to charge me for the process to check my warranty issue to begin with. Simply the BEST! I had a carburetor problem and took it to GCH because they could service it sooner than other dealers. The issue was corrected quickly and I was back on the road far sooner than I had expected. The folks there are super friendly and the prices are reasonable. A+.
Stopped in to speak with owner. Told him I was leaving in 3 weeks on vacation and only needed 2 front tires and potentially something else to prevent inside front wear. He stated that he was about a month out but to drop it off that they were good with deadlines and could help us.
