I stopped for an estimate on a Sprinter Van, which has an approximate value of $10,000. This would have been my third estimate; the first two averaged $1400. The owner (I assume) spent about 15 seconds looking at the damage, asked what year the van is and, once I told him it's a 2006, he said: "It's totalled." I can't speak to the quality of the work they perform but, it seems apparent that this shop isn't worth exploring unless you're in a practically new vehicle or a classic.
Place was always very good, and the cars always came back perfect,because of the insurance companies a small family shop of over 40 plus years can't make it unless you cheat the system, or give poor quality. They are always about quality.
