I can’t say enough good things about this place! My teenage son started seeing Preston for physiotherapy and he has put him back together from his sports injuries! We also talked about the benefit of strength training with playing hockey and signed him up for the sport academy. This program helped him improve his strength and even game play. Having a trainer teach him about weights and mobility etc. has helped him immensely! Even his dad has started working out there too ;)

Physiotherapist Preston Tran at Strive Fitness and Therapy guided my physio after my total knee replacement. I couldn’t be happier with the treatment I received. Preston was friendly, professional, encouraging, respectful and made me laugh when the going was rough. I believe that my positive physio experience was very much responsible for my good progress.

Mike and Kingsley are great. I've been coming for the noon sessions for a while and would recommend it.
