I had such a wonderful experience with Goleto! Sima was very kind and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The flowers lasted a long time, and the presentation was beautiful. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality flowers and excellent service!
Shameful for canceling order for a sympathy flower without contacting me or giving me any alternative option.if I'm sending the flowers for a funeral i need it to be delovered at a specific time. It's a +450$ order and i have been a costumer before, have decency to call me and explain or give me an alternative option to send another type of bouquet, just canceling it through the app 10 min after i placed the order without ever calling me to asl for another option or explaining to me anything was not ok
Ordered white wings via doordash. She ran out some leaves but she promised she'll make it beautiful. It was and she delivered. It's beautiful for our deceased loved one. Thank you.
Sadly, last week we needed to send flowers for family passing. I had to reach out to the owner a couple of times and make changes. She was so kind and accommodating, but the most important thing is that our family receiving the bouquet arrangement were extremely happy. I asked her to make it special and a little different and she did not disappoint.
