First thing first, great service. The lady’s nice and super patient. Packing I saw online is super great and we know the owner has a good taste. I tried to purchase two stems of Lily’s from this place. 15 dollars each which have multiple different flower buds. ( I bought lilys multiple times and this flower shop is quite expensive from my pov) I did think this place has good quality of flowers, so I decided to give a try. I had such a wonderful experience with Goleto! Sima was very kind and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The flowers lasted a long time, and the presentation was beautiful. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality flowers and excellent service!
Shameful for canceling order for a sympathy flower without contacting me or giving me any alternative option.if I'm sending the flowers for a funeral i need it to be delovered at a specific time. It's a +450$ order and i have been a costumer before, have decency to call me and explain or give me an alternative option to send another type of bouquet, just canceling it through the app 10 min after i placed the order without ever calling me to asl for another option or explaining to me anything was not ok
