The lady at the front desk with the split hair dye was condescending. The younger woman helping me initially struggled with one of my two insurance plans. When the rude woman came to assist, she was disrespectful. When she asked what day the appointment had been, I thought she was speaking to me and responded, I guess she was talking to the younger lady who was helping me.
