Thank you to the staff.. they are courteous. Also, Kai at the front desk of Imaging is efficient and on point. I believe he goes above and beyond, and should be acknowledged by his peers and or management.

I had such a positive experience with the radiology department at Cottage Hospital in Goleta. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome and cared for—like I was visiting family rather than coming in for a medical appointment. Very poor customer service. No one answers phone. No way to leave a voicemail. I was not able to book an appointment after 4 attempts. Phone kept ringing. No answer. I will look elsewhere.
