Poor customer service. Part was shipped timely and with great packaging, but showed up with damage not pictured or disclosed in product listing. First time I called customer service I got immediately hung up on (phone systems can be tricky, so giving the benefit of the doubt on it being unintentional there). The second time, Kyle was very short with me, wouldn’t expand on return/refund info or options, and said he doesn’t really care to dive deeper or give/get more information on the situation. Wow! Kyle and his team were great! I ordered some fender flares and trim pieces after my 2011 LR4 was hit by a deer. They didn't have Galway Green flares on the shelf, so pretty sure they put in the time to pluck them from one of the vehicles in their lot. I expected the need for paint but was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box and was able to immediately repair my ride. Expectations exceeded!
