Forget Goldwing. After waiting two and one half months for a warrenty claim I phoned them back and of course the part just came in. They scheduled an appointment for me and told me Alex would phone me first thing in the morning. Guess what, no phone call. I had family visiting so I made the necessay arrangements to be home. Poor Service. After 3 months, no repair has been performed after 3 Visits. They are worthless.
Unfortunately I can’t give zero stars. The worst unprofessional company ever. Don’t purchase extended warranty with Spencer’s because this is the company they use. You will be wasting your time and money. I’m sure Spencer’s have lost a lot of customers because this is the company whom they are contracted with for extended warranty. I am now having to pay for an outside company to come fix my washing machine since Goldwing is taking their sweet time doing it. I have not seen a person as nasty as Dan who came to fix my new oven. He did not introduce himself just came in. He had no idea what the service call was for. I told him and he stormed out of the house and came back with a hanger. My oven door would not open after the first cleaning. He said he would have to order another lock and it would be at least 2 more weeks on top of the 3 weeks I have waited to have them come out. This is a cover for an extension of G2 Appliance repair, a company tied to Spencer:s TV & Appliance, "Your friend in the appliance business". Soooo, good luck with that!
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Whirlpool made an appointment with them to service our appliance and now they call and say then cannot be there and "Whirlpool does not have access to their calendar"...???? Called and Representative would not give me her name and hung up. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
